edit: I really, really need to work on Kia's face.Taking place almost a year after
"Really?" Yukio says as they walk into the studio.
"Yes. Yuki....two reasons...we haven't had one in ages and for us that's a mouthful" Xien than turns to Kia "Plus we have never had a family picture."
"Well we should have invited dad.' Kia says
"So" Fleur (formerly known as Wildflower) "Are you and Spartan mating now?"
"Fleur" Xien says looking surprised "No. And Kia would you stop calling him dad, you know he isn't your father."
"Not my father but definately my 'dad' ...mom" Kia says
"Well you guys have that look in your eyes" Yukio says "And Fleur...dating, seeing each other....'mating' we really need to get you caught up in english."
"Exactly the reason we are here, something normal and we need normal." Xien adds.
The photographer comes in and smiles at the ladies a few minutes later and they are leaving the shop.
"See that wasn't that bad girls." Xien says "A nice, normal day."
Just as she says that Kia looks at her.
"Mom, it's Spartan he needs Yuki and Fleur."
"Damn...one day, just one day can't it wait?" Xien says
"Apparently not and dad thoughts are super excited." Kia adds
"Don't worry mom" Yuki kisses Xien on the cheek "We'll be back before supper."
"Before supper" Fleur adds as they both start to run into an ally to change into their 'working' clothes. Seconds later Yuki is seen carrying her sister flying off to the east.
"Well you really couldn't have expected nothing to happen, could you mom?" Kia says smiling.
"No, but one can hope." Xien says
"At least you got your picture" Kia smiles "Happy Mother's day mom."
Xien smiles and the pair walk down the street.

YEAH THERE ARE A WHOLE LOTTA TIMELINES TO FOLLOW, WHILE THE DARKER LEGACY STORIES : TAG, FRICTION AND BOOM, AND THE OTHER SIDE TAKE PLACE BETWEEN THE 4 YEAR GAP, THEN THE LITTLE BIT STORIES SHOWING BITS AND PIECES OF ATLANTIS AND THEN THERE'S THE NOTHERUNIVERSE....TAINTED LEGACY II ISN'T SET TO START FOR ANOTHER MONTH BUT IT WAS ALREADY WRITTEN OUT AND THEN WHILE LOOKING OVER MY NOTES AND REALIZING WHAT DAY IT WAS...HOW COULD I RESIST? SO YEAH THERE ARE SOME SPOILERS BUT GOOD ONES AT LEAST AND THOSE ANSWERS SHOULD RAISE NEW QUESTIONS. :d
