But there's one thing that I noticed, and it's the mane and tail. The rain's falling down. Shouldn't the main and tail be falling down too? Not being pushed to side, as if it were windy?

well its supposed to be so windy that its moving the hair its still rather limp but if youve ever been in a heavy storm wet hair still moves hahha
