I think this is my all-time favourite piece of yours. The colour, the pose, the tail, everything about it is just so beautiful. I've had it printed out on my wall for a good few years and never commented. I'd love to commission another mermaid from you one day.

You made her tail grow smoothly attached to her body like a mermaid should have in my opinion.
And I really admire how you give your characters that 'body-language' touch which makes them look so alive!
That's something I should do so much better.
May I ask you how much time you spend on drawing a character like this? (just drawing, sketching, no colouring or anything) And do you erase a lot or does it come quite naturally? Any tips?

She gorgeous. I love the lines and colors. The fact that people always draw mermaids with breasts amuses me to no end, considering that while one half is human, I highly doubt they are in need of mamory glands.
