This is what I see when I look at Spock through the eyes of love.Perfection.
I know it's not logical, nor objective...Β but still~
I love so much his alien features, I've spent timeless moments gazing at his warm eyes, his so elegant slanted eyebrows, the fascinating curves of his ears, the shadows outlining his cheekbones, the delights of his lips.
It just feel like I know by heart each line of his thin shoulders, his finely muscled arms and torso.
Why does the mere gazing at his hands awake such intense feelings?
It's like I'm embracing his so elegant and graceful silhouette in every single scene on which he appears when I watch TOS.
And well, this is only the physical part of the perfection... Nimoy's physique humm~
It's unbelievable how admirative I am of his intelligence, his wisdom, his quiet control, his reliability, his gentleness and strength.
He has always surpassed my wildest dreams~
Well sometimes it's just like that: I need to put into words my love for Spock, since I put it so very often into drawings <3

It feels so strange to look back at this drawing and read once more my words of love for Spock now that Leonard is gone...

A beautiful tribute.Β Β Perhaps you've already heard the news that Leonard Nimoy has passed away today.Β Β Knowing of your deep affection for both Nimoy the actor and Spock the character, I hope it doesn't sound strange if I offer personal condolences to you? All fans must feel the loss but I think it's especially personal to you.
Nimoy put so much heart and soul into creating a character who was such a profound encouragement to so many of us.

Sometimes I just can't keep it to myself, I have to voice it 
Sometimes I'm just amazed on how much I love him. Quite often in fact~
I borrowed that title from your "Perfection" drawing of Tom~ (Even if here, there is nothing "special" about that drawing, I mean, I did not spend an extensive amount of time drawing it, it just went like this, I drew my amazement at his perfection ^^.)
This is really what I feel for Spock. That he is perfect. That I cannot imagine someone who would be more perfect and who would better fulfill my needs than him (well, except God hehehe)
