So here is Vylah Frankencreepy, she is a Dark doppleganger of Velma, she is just as smart if not smarter than Velma but is twisted and psychotic. Vylah holds 3 medical degrees in Psychology, General Medicine and Neurology, she is also well trained in various forms of sorcery and Dark Magic.
