this reminds me of when I used to scetch... I used to Just draw eyes. all the time... nothing around them... But I had so much trouble drawing latias's eye When I drew her... that I would always just sketch random eyes that looked simular to hers...

yes indeed you are good at outling,i must ask what is the key to it? i just don't have a steady hand like that at all,i'm only using paint at the moment

well i use GIMP and the tool i use for outlinging is the Pen tool.

well, the file is the picture, every single thing on a computer has a file, and DA is asking you to submit the file of your artwork. you need to find it on your "Picture" folder on your computer.
