E: Yes those blue spots are legit spots. XDSoo I went to the MoMA (Art Museum) a few weeks ago with some people to see this Tim Burton exhibition. And I don't even like Tim Burton that much, buut. This one was AMAZINGamjkeoslmdf. Especially the entrance. It was all black and white-striped and curvy and confusing. < u >
And then, I saw that *Felizz was having a design competition to make one of her species called Balenagons (Cool whale-cat-dragon-things) and I decided to use some influences from that exhibition for this. It ended up looking like...a sea snake or something. But I like it! I wish I could draw him more.
A thing I am proud of: FUR TEXTURE. Ohgod that took a while...with a while being 1 hours. Ithink.

General: He has a thing for star-shaped objects. And he's a major kleptomaniac. So despite being super-friendly to humans, he can't resist taking their jewelry. Thus, the mayor of the town he lives near by has ordered a bounty on him. Soo, he's forced to live under the harbor. D: Without anything shiny to take, he's forced to collect starfish and place them on the walls of his water-cave-thing. But luckily most of them are glowy from all the toxic waste from nearby factories. And he's glowy too, sometimes. Cuz he has to eat some for a living.

Great character design! I like the stripes and the little star he's holding in his mouth! The purple eyes really fit into the whole design very well.
He somehow reminds me of an okapi!
