Description

Been wanting to do this with my OCs for a while but only just now getting around to doing it
made a mistake by connecting his tail to his body too far down... should be closer to the base of his spine

McLeach (the Rescuers Down Under)
and a little Gaston (Beauty and the Beast)

A little backstory (since I didn't have room to post it all here):
Born in a penal colony in Australia. Father was a criminal sentenced to hard labor for his crimes, but is allowed brief visits to his family for good behavior. Erik didn’t get to see him much, which makes what little time he did get to spend with him very special, and despite his crimes Erik looked up to his father and took after him in personality and behavior. As a child always looked forward to dad coming home, and cried and begged for him to stay when he had to leave. Grew up very protective of his mom (because promised his dad he would take care of her). Was looked down on because of who his father was and bullied as a kid, but eventually learned to stand up for himself and fight back. As a result he got involved in a lot of fights, especially as a teenager. Likes to tease the warden and backtalks a lot. Got into more trouble later and eventually gets caught and punished. Was whipped publicly and put in solitary confinement for several days, which led to his fear of dark, tight spaces. Gets into more trouble and his crimes land him in prison. With the help of a few other inmates organizes a rebellion and escapes, but has to flee the country, leaving his family and the love of his life behind. On the run for a long while and takes part in illegal boxing matches to get money. Eventually gets away from that and turns to poaching. Earns a reputation as a skilled hunter. Later is hired for an assassination, and his reputation in the criminal underworld grows. Is discovered by Ratigan and becomes a hired gun/body guard for the Professor. Later is promoted to Ratigan's second in command after Oliver Loran is arrested. Goes into hiding after Ratigan’s “death” and tries to lead his own criminal organization but is easily caught by Basil of Baker Street. Sentenced to hang for his crimes but Ratigan arranges for a fake execution to get him out of prison in order to hire him once more to destroy Basil once and for all.

Some random info:
-Loves spicy food and alcohol
-Likes to brag and tell stories about how he got his scars (which are extremely exaggerated)
-Has a dark sense of humor, makes jokes about skinning his enemies or mounting their heads on his wall (he threatens to do that to Basil often)
-Had a "pet" Australian cattle dog that was later killed by wild dingos
-Is rivals with Oliver Loran (NightMagican 's OC ^^ ) Would never admit it but Jaeger is jealous of him and always trying to prove that he's better than Loran
-Was in a brief "relationship" with Charlotte Hampton
-Has a thing for brunettes

Danger in the Shadows (although he doesn't actually appear until chapter 13)
Will probably make an appearance in A Tangled Web
AUs:
The Divine (hasn't shown up yet, but he will be one of the main villains of that story)

Dominique: *smiles politely* I'm Dominique Flagrantia. Pleased to meet you.
2. Do you know why you were named that?
J: *shrugs* No special reason. My last name comes from our family's German roots, and ironically it means "hunter" in several languages.
D: My family was French, so my first name means "from God," and surname means "fire"... so my name literally means "fire from God."
