     The image was actually done as a request for a pirate-themed image. However, after looking at the spunky pose of the little horse and the dark ocean and the looming ship, I decided that the quote fit nice enough for here on DA.

   my thoughts ;;
     Once again I find myself actually liking an image I have done. I adore =night-fate for providing the PS action that made all the coloring possible. Without it, this image was just... blah.

   work stats ;;
     So I did put a little bit of work into this image. The horse got a new mane, as well as four new hooves. A ship was added to the ocean. A cliff scene was put in the foreground. Brushes were used to add a few more waves and splashes, as well as some brushes to add in fog. The gold was placed very strategically (yeah, right) in front of the horse. Oh, and the horse has ... cold breath coming from his nose/mouth.

Really it all comes down to the wonderful PS action, again.
