i think i like the first draft more, maybe if the second one was solid colour. they are both perfect in my opinion but thats one sided i drew them lol.

If I might make a slight suggestion though, depending on the size of the tattoo (I'll assume it's a rather small one but I'm not really sure) you might want to make the music notes a tad bigger so you can tell what it is from further away.
