It feels a bit to me like the focus is off-center, and it's somewhat distracting. Very well done, though.

It's usually a good idea not to have the focus in the center, but perhaps this time was an exception.

That is a technique with which I was unfamiliar.
Perhaps it is unusual to me because the focus does not seem to be consistent in terms of depth; the more central tree limb looks noticeably sharper than the rest of the foliage, but the buildings around it also appear to be in focus. Of course, this might all be just me. P:
