How can I use the psd file? I mean, if I mod the psd file in Photoshop, how do I convert it to a Windows Visual Style? (or a WindowBlinds file)

You can't convert directly PSD To theme , you must cut some pieces,make a multiple frame etc....
take Skinstudio from stardock & open a WBA file with it, you will see what i mean.

...and if all the other skins aren't enough you even give us the psd to maybe create our own Ivì add-ons.
