Ahhhhh, this is SO long overdue as a birthday gift, I am honestly ashamed to submit it as such! Nonetheless I'm going to do it. Let's say it's more like... a random surprise gift? Oh whatever, ArticaArtes this is for you, so here you go!! xD

So this is Vivienne - for those of you who are familiar with his characters, no, this is not Vivian, but her Steampunk!AU version called Vivienne. A high-ranked officer trying to get the pirate lass Malaika (*coughs* totally not Amalika), who has quite a record, behind bars. This is actually not really Vivienne's outfit since she will get something more officer-like, but I really fell in love with this outfit when I laid my eyes on it and ArticaArtes seemed to be fond of it, too, when I showed him. And I thought that Vivienne would totally rock that style o: I obviously adjusted it more to her color scheme, though. (Her color scheme was rather oriented on Vivian, actually)

Anyway, I don't think this qualifies as chibi, but I want to call it semi-chibi. Because it's basically a mixture of chibi and "normal", so semi-chibi it is. Also, I drew so much traditional stuff lately I wanted a change with digital art, though that unfortunately always takes me much longer u//u" Especially with hand-drawn lineart. And while I could have spent more time on some parts, I already took so long for this and wanted to finish it already! >o<" Nonetheless I still decided on adding a simple little background, since I thought that made the picture more interesting.
