If somebody would ask what is the meaning of the word "promise" I would immediately show this picture. That's a very very nice photo and composition!

I really like this image a lot. Wonderful tonality, great DOF and nice composition.
The only thing I could suggest would be to open the crop top and bottom a bit and not let it have such a tight feel and MAYBE open up the midtones a bit to give a little brightening on the subject. I would try not to do anything to the skin tones because I think the exposure on them is perfect.
I'm sorry I don't have much to offer you on this image. I really like it as it is...
