Wow excellent job.

The title is grammatically incorrect though, there should either be a question mark at the end of it or it should read "Ich habe den Kompass verloren" (I´ve lost the compass)

mind you bands don´t always sing grammatically correct so who cares.

Yeah, when I tried some grammar thing I noticed there was something strange, I was listening to music the same sentence several times to hear what they actually said, but they really sing the "Ich" after "Hab." I'll get the title for grammar! Thank you!

Your were right, these are the lyrics. You just took a sentence out of context.

Um mich nur strahlendes Weiß
hier tief im ewigen Eis
hab ich den kompass verlorn

It translates, "around me only shiny white, here deep in the eternal ice, I lost the compass."

The drawing fits well to the lyrics.

It was only this same grammatical mistake! Blame the Oomph!
  I also thought that this title fits well, I think any stretch of the same song would have fit well with the drawing ...
