I woke up this morning thinking; "In 12 hours the contest is closed"... then I sat up and said"F*CK NEY!"
lol, then I finished it and found out that I can't enter the contest 'cus I'm not residing in the US x)

Maybe it's to make it easier to go through? I mean, America is one big country. If the contest was open for the rest of the world, they'd never be able to go through it and judge the quality.
