Francis: "Oh hi, Elissa. Just trying to fix up this hole in the hotel's floor for my sister. Actually wait, what are you doing here?"
Elissa: "To see you, silly!"
Francis: "Oh! ...Well hi!"

I guess this can also be considered a Valentine's Day picture! While I like to think there are many girls and guys who want to be with Francis when he's older (either because they genuinely like him or simply to get benefits from dating the Prince of Hell), there is one girl who has had her eyes set on him since the beginning and that's Elissa von Eldritch. The youngest child of the Von Eldritch family and the younger sister of Seviathan and Helsa, Elissa is actually rather kind-hearted in her own weird little way. When she's not trying to see what Francis is up to, she is on her phone following Velvette's various blogs and taking her fashion advice. She is a big fan of Velvette and takes all her advice very seriously. She would most likely kill to get an autograph with her and wishes for her to visit the Envy Ring sometime. She would also kill for Francis, especially if he is in danger. While Francis is rather oblivious to her crush on him, he does think of her as a friend and will protect her if she ends up in danger. Though she is in the Envy Ring when the final battle happens in season one. Elissa goes to school with Francis, a private school for members of royal families.
