Unfortunately, I don't feel confident in my skills at this time to be able to make a tutorial for such things, nor do I have the time to work on such a big project... o n o
However, I do not want to deny you help, and would like to remind you that there is a vast collection of resources here on dA, and you can always simply look these tutorials up. I know there's some really great ones, especially 's. She has a whole gallery section dedicated to her anatomy studies. And for hair, there's loads of those tutorials. Simply type in something like "hair/hairstyles tutorial" or "how to draw anime hair." (;
