Here is another legendary voice actor/puppeteer who was talented. This is the legendary Caroll Spinney. Caroll Spinney was born on December 26th, 1933 after Christmas during the Great Depression in Waltham, Massachusetts. He became a great puppeteer. Then in 1955 he became a great puppeteer. In Sesame Street he performed the two main characters: Big Bird and Oscar the Grouch until his retirement in 2018. He continued to perform them until 2018. Then in 2015, Caroll was diagnosed with dystonia and had to be in a wheelchair for the rest of the years but continued to perform. Then in 2018, Caroll Spinney retired from performing and his roles of Big Bird and Oscar the Grouch were handed over to Matt Vogel and Eric Jacobson. Then on December 8th, 2019 in Woodstock, Connecticut, Caroll Spinney died from the disease of dystonia at the age of 85. Rest in peace Caroll Spinney.
