Description A3 charcoal sketch of fellow deviant


*SheNamesLily

drawn with her permission. She has such a beautiful look and it was a real challenge to capture in charcoal. Her hair was extremely difficult, so I didn't really try as hard as I could have with it (didn't have the patience to do all the fly-away stuff properly), but in the end, it didn't come out too bad. I only hope I've done justice to the original photograph ([link] )

I was so convinced that this was a black & white photo!!

Very impressive
There is almost no difference when you compare it to the original. And that sparkle in her eyes is really amazingly done.

I have seen the original picture, and yours is a lot more striking to behold. I suppose it comes from the creative latitude drawing gives you.
