Testing "my" anime style (basically a strange hybrid of Natsuki Takaya's Furuba style and Western animation) to draw various Xelloss Metallium facial expressions I see in my head. Many of the Slayers fanart "notables" here (Majo-Chan, Sora-Ko, Irk, Bgeezus, Fiedael, etc) have their own style of Xelloss portrayal and I must admit I find that alluring, as opposed to blindly copying Hajime Kanzaka's style (however tasty that style may be).

Read the text, lol. It explains my thoughts. Pissed-off Xelloss is my favorite to draw because he tries SO HARD to hide the disgruntlement behind a smile, lmao. And he is either successful, or, more amusingly, he ends up looking ...cheerfully psychotic, lol.....
