Very cool! The lighting effects are fantastic on this. I think I agree with maffy-pop that the direction of her hair is too dramatic, but it does at least look like hair underwater. All in all an excellent job for your first try!

for a first attempt, it's VERY good! the colors and lighting on her skin look just lovely. the ONLY thing I would suggest - well, there are two haha - firstly, I think the hair sticking STRAIGHT up gives the illusion that she's falling very fast.... since water is so dense, that's not usually what happens. I'd suggest next time making the hair whoosh out in lots of directions, but generally pointing up, know what I mean? secondly, just to give more depth to the water, maybe have some foggy rays of light into the water :3
'sides that, it looks awesome. loving the bubbles, I wouldn't have thought to add those in XD
