For ATG Alumni, Week 2:A pony representing a country.If you don't know what Freedonia is, watch Duck Soup. I had forgotten that Harpo Marx's curly-haired, zany, random character is actually named Pinky, coincidentally enough!
Since it's an old movie, I tried for an old illustration look with plenty of hatching, trying to get the hang of a crowquill dip pen I just got. Will take practice.
And this was such a comedy of errors. First drawing I spilled water all over after inking. Second drawing I realized I inked a hidden line. Fixed after scanning.
