Hey there... this is a very nice shot again.
I really like the angle, not being your usual straight-on street picture. Maybe a tighter crop to the left, to get closer to the sax player... but just a little.
It's a good BW conversion too. If you're looking for some old school film look, you might want to try Alien Skin Exposure. It does wonders in only too clicks

You're really doing great work with the B&Ws.
Blacks look really wonderful & whites are so crisp.
I often have to double check what camera you're using to make sure it was digital camera & not maybe film.
The angle makes me dizzy, but everything else is wonderful.
Are you recording in B&W or converting later?

I convert later with Photoshop CS 3 and I use a digital camera, a Nikon D80
