It's funny, people have been talking how Peter Capaldi's been doing a sort of homage to Jon Pertwee, but perhaps he also looks a bit like a younger Hartnell?

No, it's not! I've never seen Doctor Who (I know someone would kill me for this words XD) Actually the man of the painting is just a guy of a medieval festival in Tuscany I've been years ago. (oh... and by the way: thank you guy of the medieval fest... i don't even know who you are, I just took a photo and made a portrait out of it! ...so thank you!)

Doublegangers. Or, maybe, one and the same guy travelling time and space in a blue police box visiting a medieval festival in Tuscany years ago because he knows an artist will be there, taking pictures supposed to become DD portraits today. We will never know
