Anon isn't on my list and so far no one has asked for her.
Nope. I do them by my own choice or other peoples suggestions. I have made a list of Vocaloids I want to draw. Sometimes it's hard to decide which Vocaloid I would want to do next, so I ask some other people on which Vocaloid they would like to see done next, hence the suggestions. Although if someones suggestion isn't on my list I might or might not accept it.
