Great visual you have here of Hong Kong. The black and white is a nice touch. It is a good initiative.
However, I find it lacking of life. This is due to the fact that everything inside the visual is frozen in time. You could have added some motion by using long exposure. Long exposure helps to emphasize on the amount of traffic. Maybe a second or more in exposure length would help.. Hence why I gave you 3.5 on technique.
Despite the little things you miss out on, I gave you a 4 on impact. This photo definitely has a strong contrast of black and white element in a photo. The whites is enough to give the blacks a compliment of a vibrant setting. Everything about this photo summarized with one word: Busy. You certainly captured the right moment of Hong Kong.

I think this shot is gorgeous, and I agree that the B&W processing is great! Β Personally, I disagree with the comment in the review about needing a longer exposure. Β It looks fine as is to me. Β I think it's well-framed and I wouldn't change anything.

The tonality and B&W processing on this is insanely good!! You need to make a preset for that
