Treasure Planet is actually an alternate universe. And Titan A.E. still had a considerable amount of hype. I think a publicist actually called it an "animated Star Wars" or something to that effect.

Lol, I have never seen Titan A.E., But I have seen TP and liked it enough to make a Fan-Character (Tiria Hawkins) A.K.A. Jim's Future Daughter XD.
