I've been freaking obsessed with Full Metal Alchemist lately and wanted to try drawing Ed. I know there's stuff not very good or perfect about it, but stfu. I'm happy with it!Next is Hughes, because I seriously fucking love him, and I'm super pissed he died. I cried that episode.

Ed is one of my favorites too. My kid cosplays as Ed cuz she's short and blonde too. You did a magnificent job on both Ed and Maes. I love them both.

That's so cool that your daughter cosplays as Ed! I'm thinking that if I ever go to an anime convention, I'd go as Joe from Digimon (my apt. mate got me this ADORABLE life-size Gomamon plushie) or Ed! I love them both! I'd love to go as Conan Edogawa from Detective Conan or Maes, but... y'know. I'm a girl. lol I can't pull those characters off with my long-ish hair, since those characters have such short hair.

FMA was probably the first anime I was ever introduced to. I loved it for its humor and it's yaoi propensities. Oh yes, and the pet training tips.
Don't worry about being a girl and cosplaying boys. It's the bishie thing to do. Wigs are the ultimate solution to anime hair.(that and a localized anti-gravity field)
Summer is here. The pool is open, the kids are screaming and the mosquitos suck. The usual. I'm going to take my laptop in for repairs today or tomorrow and I'm going insane over the possible bill. Say goodbye to the cash.
On the whole I'm just ever so ducky. It's almost better than an out of body experience.

Life just keeps kicken' on. I just caught the last Underworld, Rise of the Lycans on dvd yesterday. Gowd I love werewolves. Have you seen it yet?

Just a trifle on the hokey side, but Michael Sheen is great. The effects are marvelous. It's really sad if you've seen the other Underworld movies, but it's really quite the Romeo and Juliet thing. Very tragic. I did like it very much. I love the entire Underworld series so I was biased to begin with.
The effects were fantastic, but the odd thing about all these movies was they were character driven rather than special effects whiz bangs. Good stories to go along with the whiz bangs and good acting as well.
A charming departure from action type stuff.
