i like the way you fill the whole frame with details and colors, you can see so much in the painting i can look at for 30 minutes and see so many different things !!

Always the most delicious details in your portraits. The finger touched just so to the side of the face as she casts her extra intent gaze our way. Were it another lady, in another circumstance, i would say that she is sizing us up for the type of new suit she will requires us to take on as attire for escorting her to dinner and a dance, though with the Mistress Morte in the equation and knowing her penchant for far more permanent romance -- i suspect she is picturing how we will appear in various kinds of coffins. Be way leery of the Lady who flashes the jolly roger when she gives you a wicked wayward wink.

I know how you feel. I use a scanner which is such total crap it washes away all the contrasts from all my pieces.

Oh yeah it so hard sometimes to get a good picture of our stuff and this drives me crazy sometimes because we always loose so much quality and the photo never shows it right.

Yes exactly! Now I don't know about you but sometimes it takes me 15 shots to get only one that I can use. Somehow the settings are broken on my camera so I'm working with a piece of crap and I'm not going to buy another one screw that.

Being quite a beginner, I limit myself to pieces no larger that 8"x10" so I can fit them in my scanner, and yet I still find myself swearing angrily at the results every time.
