Awesome work! I feel like I should have a little space ship down the bottom moving from side to side shooting at them ala Space Invaders

I had to look at this again to remember my comment.
Each time I see more.
I see essences of octupii, squid and jellyfish.
An interesting coincidence?

The title, in combination with the content, brings to mind the galactic exotica of the M16 eagle nebula . So much detail for such a miniature

One of my criterion for good art is simply whether or not it c.
Catches the eye.
This one does. It stands out and it stands on it own.
There is good balance here in many ways.
Strong dynamic contrast, combined with subtle relationships.
Good Variety of shape and form, a variety of shape and size and detail to keep it interesting without being too busy.
It reads very well.
I have no choice in the matter here but to transfer this to my features box.
Good work and thanks.

Nice work. I'm liking this animal like face I'm seeing in the left hand, bottom section of the panting. I know it's in my head only but it looks like some type of... ya know... I have no clue what type of critter it could resemble. It just looks like a critter's head with the jaw open and teeth bared. Wow. I wonder what a psychologist would say to me seeing that?

Loving it!

i think you should really give this image a bit of a boost in PS

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

amyhooton In reply to DanielGalindo [2008-02-29 17:16:23 +0000 UTC]

I thought tradtional art should be represented as it is, not tweaked? The scanner changes the colours and then I change them back to be accurate. But then again, this pc I'm on has a funny screen so perhaps I do need to have a look when I get home? I'll double check it from a good screen.

Amy this is incredible.. Love the way the colors & shapes work well together. In the thumb it reminded me of a cluster of monarch butterflies.
On the large view...I see a green snake.
