Well, at least in some universes they get and stay together. They even have a daughter, Nightstar, in The Kingdom universe.

Same tbh.
Nothing against Starfire, really. It's just I'm not comfortable with her and Dick being together.
And poor little NightStar/RobStar fans just can't accept that in the end, he always goes back to Barbara.
It's quite funny, really.

Considering the fact that you're so bitter from other people's suffering, I shouldn't tell you that this Stone-Age-old image no longer matters after The New Teen Titans Convergence #2, which came out in May 2015.

(Sorry this is so long; I ended up writing an editorial. Yikes.)
I don't like this. I know that writers do this kind of thing because it generates conflicts and complications that make for good and/or interesting stories. The reasons for sinking this ship came from beyond the fourth wall, and not even Pinkie Pie can prevent all the mayhem that comes from that place.
I also know that the writing for these two characters went downhill with time, and that's sad. But then a lot of comic writers have absolutely no clue in how to portray a healthy relationship between two adults. Some can, but a lot of them can't. A lot of writers (and not just in comics) also dislike the restriction of having a popular character in a long term, committed relationship. Putting a ring on a popular character rules out certain kinds of story options, so writers/producers avoid it. And again, *UN*healthy relationships are more fun to write and read about, so even relationships that seem to work are often torpedoed.
Among television writers there is the expression "Marry a Cartwright, buy a coffin." On the old show Bonanza, the various Cartwright brothers each had serious relationships, but the woman was ultimately killed off so the the writers wouldn't have to maintain the relationship. That's understandable, though not always forgivable, because a long-term romantic relationship will change almost every aspect of the characters involved. The values, priorities, opinions, and basic outlook on life *will* change. (Those of you who are married will probably understand what I'm talking about!) And if you're a writer who is trying to maintain an open ended, perpetually running series, especially one with an ensemble cast, you don't want to have to deal with that! Relationships are fun to build in stories, but they are a nightmare to maintain. So, marry a Cartwright, buy a coffin.
The comic equivalent would probably be the "women in refrigerators" syndrome. Even though not all of the significant others end up dead, they do end up written out because it keeps the story structure clean and easy. It's the same literary tool.
On a different note, I'm not a big fan of constantly recycling characters by giving them new histories. Here too I know why writers and publishers do it, but that doesn't mean I have to like it. I think that sometimes it would be best to retire certain characters, and end their story arks. And that doesn't mean they have to be killed off (though that is certainly one way to do it...) I mean, if you're going to redesign a character from the ground up, as was done with Nightwing, then why not start with a brand new slate?
So help me, when it comes to these two, I prefer the timeline from the Teen Titans cartoon series! (Yes I know he was still going by Robin, but we all know it's the same guy.) When the series ended it was pretty clear that these two were starting down the "long winding road" together, and on the whole things looked very promising. Things built slowly, over the five years of the show, so when we got the series finale movie, that long, loving kiss was believable, and didn't seem overly forced. (I'm talking within context, of course; this is an anime after all.) As far as I'm concerned, Dick and Kori they will continue to fight crime together, eventually as Mr. and Mrs. Greyson. M'ari will one day come into this world, and the San Francisco Bay area will have them to watch over it until they are two old to carry on. At which point, M'ari and a new team will take up the mantle and pick up where they left off. Dick and Kori's story should have been allowed to end happily.
Once again, that's just my opinion, and there are countless opinions to choose from on this. So, YMMV. But even if you don't approve of Dick-x-Kori, at least consider the other things I said about writing and what not.

Amazingly, I was a RobStar shipper once, but that was because it was all I knew; then I watched The Batman, seeing young Teen Titans Robin's history (see below) and found out about his chemistry with Batgirl, then read into the comics and then realised I was no longer comfortable with RobStar. Sorry.
Nothing against her, it's just Batgirl/Oracle and Robin/Nightwing are more appealing, same as how Kori and Robin are more appealing to you.

Apparently the psychologist didn't help... because right here, right in this single page. We have the origin of the Starfire from Red Hood... can anyone say psychological train wreck eh?
This is what broke Starfire and let them turn into a sex object and human weapon for Red Hood... Thank you DC for torpedoing yourself in the foot. If you could just have enough intelligence to see that you have 2 teams that have gotten an almost iconic roster. The Justice League always has the big three... Batman, Superman, and Wonderwoman. The public mind has come to associate Teen Titans with Robin/Nightwing, Starfire, Beast Boy, Raven, and Cyborg.
I mean how many fans of the Teen Titans on Cartoon Network picked up anything from the new 52? How many of them left after Red Hood and the Outlaws #1. How big would an adult series using those five iconic characters sell?
Here's an idea DC... you know you've got a global network of superheroes in the Justice League... and they haven't managed to stop some terribly nasty events from happening... Bludhaven for example. Dick Grayson should stop being a 'Dick' walk away from Bruce Wayne, reform the Titans (With the Iconic five being the 'main' group), and tell the Justice League "I'm not letting you idiots screw this up anymore, I've done what you wanted... even filled in for you when you 'died' Bruce, but I'm sick of it. Goodbye."
Hey you could have a whole Blues Brothers like... 'Bringing the Band back Together' plot for the first volume, eh?
Two competing teams the Justice League and Titan Network, imagine the drama and plot lines you could weave if they disagree on how to handle a threat. You'd have an instant following from the Teen Titan animated series fan base... good source of plot and drama there. Plus the classic must stop the evil plot to conquer the world by X and so forth.

This may sound so mean and cruel to you fans of the couple, but I'm happy that they broke up. (Not because I'm a Rob[or Night]Rae fan, which I am.) But Kori is like a tool to Dick while Dick is like a tool to Kory, seriously, they are not the kind of person that they can have sex with anytime they see each other. I also hope they won't end up back together because that will make things worse. I admit, I feel sad for Kori even though she's not my favorite but she'll get over it soon and move on. Just like Dick is moving on to someone else.

to be honest it won't be easy for her to forget Dick just like that. She lost her entire planet, her sister backstabbed her so she is gonna have the most difficult attachment issues. Dick has someone who generally loves him like a son which is batman but stafire.....she has no one.

I read that issue too man, she's pretty much a nervous wreck after that. I mean the writers made Starfire live only for Dick and the writers made Starfire eat, live, and breathe Dick Grayson.

Sucks, she's such a good character too. They have to realize she's her own character and not just Dick's object. I personally love Dick/Kory, but only in the 80's version. The recent soap opera shit is so annoying!
