There is only one thing I see wrong on this picure, and the thing is the lack of shadow of her nose - it looks like it was completely flat, not extending from the face at all - and I apologize if this is the characteristic feature of half orc/half elf character.
Besides that, I admire every single detail of the picture as well as the outcome. Great job!

You are right with the nose I've tryed more then 20times, but every try looks worse than to keep it without a noseshadow Now I'm training on another nose on Photoshop to do not need to let them without a nose shadow ^^ And thank you very much

I bet shading with technique like that must be difficult like hell, especially with rather dark and sharp side-lighting, but it's just me, I've never really tried it. :} And you're welcome
