My Ponysona back when he was in his early teens. He looked like this when he turned twelve, and he would develop into his current form when he turned sixteen or seventeen. He was already getting quite the growth spurt, being taller than the other teen ponies. He still had some of his youthful cuteness but showed signs of handsomeness, and probably attracted some teen fillies. However, in both middle school and high school, he preferred to spend his break and lunch to himself at the library. Though he would spend time with his foalhood friends now and again. And while my ponysona kept himself away from the poisons of peer pressure, pony puberty was never easy for him. But in time, he would grow up into the fine stallion he is now.

When working on my ponysona's younger self, I started with his teen design first. Sandbar obviously served as the model. This was the easy one to work on compared to my foal ponysona. In fact, I was at such a loss when coming up with ideas for my foal ponysona, I put aside the idea for a month until I found the references I needed. Until then, I stashed my teen ponysona first.

One more thing, now that I made my ponysona as a teen, I was planning on having him interacting with other teen characters. And you'll know who I mean soon.
