SPOILERS!when I saw the fourth episode of korra and saw aang in the whole flashback thing i got 'WOWHOLYMOTHEROFFUCK'. I SO love aang right now, he turned out to be fine as heeeell. and so yeah, decided to draw a little something as tribute to his sexy beard, even if it sucks and I've been hating myself and my drawings lately. yep. anyways, ref here [link]

did you not realize that aang had the beard and how he looked, we've seen him in the opening for every episode of korra, not as clear as the last episode but he was there.

I loved seeing them older, though I just don't get what the point was of that scene? If it was just Aang I would guess soon Korra was going to start seeing Aang in spirit. Much like Aang did with Roku.

I think it was meant to show Korra is beginning to become more spiritually connected to Aang. To the point where she's seeing flashbacks of his life.
Was hoping she was gunna go "Avatar State" on their asses during that episode though! haha
