The shading makes the figures look quite plastic, especially the one whose back we see. At first I thought it was one scene with four people present depicted, which is why it confused me that the two guys lower body halves just kind of disappear. There might be a way to implement that better, I´d suggest either using a panel structure or a open panel structe (you don´t always use 4 walls, sometimes you only use the bottom to suggest where a picture ends) or working more with black and white areas to divide the picture more clearly.
It´s evident that you have a good understanding of bodies and anatomy and I like that you´re going for more unconventional poses and don´t shy away from drawing hands. The back of the head in both drawings of the dude seems too flat, however (though there are some people whose back of the head is flatter than average.)
I really like the greyscale in the background. I´d also suggest looking at the "Constantine"-Comic, which is simply amazing at its use of hard shadows, it might be for you.
