haha...f1.2 eh? That'd give you shallow depth of field allright. A bit too shallow I reckon, shooting a close-up portrait at f1.2 would probably render both nose and ears a complete blur if you focused on the eyes. Even managing to get both eyes in focus would be a challenge I suppose.

i use the 85 1.2 for portraits all the time - wide-open generally! i like the effect.
