Drawing that I did of Makucha the Leopard from "The Lion Guard." The first one is the show accurate color palette and the second one is my own color palette, similar to the leopard we see in Tarzan. Which palette do you guys think looks the best?Related content

I thought Makucha in the show looked a little too pale-colored too. He should have been more yellow.

I pefer yours. The only thing I don't like about it is his underbelly coloring being a bit on the grey side.

My honest opinion is that both colors work but in different environment. In Tarzan's setting, the jungle is less sunny than in Lion King's grass land.

If I remember correctly, Makucha is from the rainforest as well, since he did chase an Okapi all the way from the Congo rainforest.
