Yeah, it's a groovy place. Can't wait till Star Tours opens up again. That is seriously my favorite ride on the planet.

Yeah, I saw it a couple days after it opened. The line was brutal, and that was WITH a Fast Pass haha.

Nice! I love old cameras, but I wouldn't dare dabble in film unless I had to for a class lol. I'm way too impatient for the film workflow.

I only bought it because it was a required component for my new job :/ ("3-d" panoramic imaging). It's neat though. Manual focus and manual aperture, opens up to f/3.5. It was "cheap", at around 300USD, so I opted for it over the much more expensive Sigma 8mm.
Just remember that all the Samyang 8mms are the same lens under different badges (Samyang, Rokinon, Bower, Vivitar, etc..), so you have a few names to choose from. Some are marketed slightly cheaper than others. At the time of purchase, the Rokinon was the cheapest one I could find on eBay for about 279USD.

ah...i see. Thanks for the detailed information. Btw, i am not sure whether what u meant 3-d panoramic imaging is sth similar to what i've seen in Shanghai. They have these 3-d photo as well, and it takes quite a lot equipments to do that.

For mine, it takes the fisheye lens, a tripod, and a panoramic mount. I'm using the Nodal Ninja 3 mk II. Also a wire trigger, so that I don't have to touch the camera while the shutter is opened.

I remember going there in '02...Spacemountain was closed and the place lacked roller coasters.
I wouldn't mind going again though ^^

That was around when they were renovating the track wasn't it? I have an Annual Pass. Pretty good deal, since you actually only have to visit the park twice in one year to have made the pass pay for itself. I've gone 5 or 6 times already this year haha.

heh heh, It may be a while before I ever go back to Cali, maybe never. Nothing like the nothingness of central Kansas to have fun in...I'm so BORED!

Oohhh. Well, I like to assume that the general populace of most other States aren't nearly as douchey as that of California, particularly SoCal. So if anything, lucky you for not having to put up with Southern Californians haha.

lol, yeh...they can be extremely...disfunctionally retarded. lol, I remember though, when I was there we got flipped off by an old lady just cause we used our turn signal.
We have a general open minded country vibe here...some bits of rascism, but thats just what you get for having closed off little towns in the middle of nowwhere thats mostly white.I wish there was musical variety thoughthough.

Eh, no matter where you go, there will always be negativity, sometimes it can be quite subtle.
Hope it happens soon then, Its best to leave what you hate and can't fix.
