Description
It's the Nutcracker and the Rat King

I'm doing a sequel to it XD Basically in the story it's many many many many years later and of course the Nutcracker keeps getting passed on to family member to family member protecting the secrets of the fairy kingdom and protecting the family from harm from the rats whose king was killed.

Neglect happens over years and years, and the nutcracker eventually gets turned into scrap/firewood/whatever and his soul is set free from his wooden body. However, he still has the same memories when he gets reborn into a human body and now he's looking for the descendant of Clara, the original owner of the nutcracker.

The moment he was destroyed the rat king was also reborn into a human body. The rat king also has his own memories and wants revenge against the family and the nutcracker at this point in life is homeless and sounds crazy constantly asking for her and actually succeeds in finding her descendant driving her up the wall and every which way.

She's a ballet artist and eventually takes him in and takes care of him cause she feels sorry for him, and finds out he's amazing at ballet.

I consider this more of a pencil piece with photoshop to help it along... so traditional it is!
