For some reasons, i can't add up any link in the description anymore. So, if you're ever interrested in the Borea RPG i talk so much about, i reset in the linktree (in my BIO), the link to my "Issuu" profile where you can find the proto version of the unfinished rule book i started few years back : still in french tho!

I never really cleaned up that ink (i only reworked it to serve as cover for my "Chronicles Inked with Blood Series", but i never really touched it otherwise) : it was maybe finally time to remedy to that!

So here's "The Baron" (short for "Baron of Valori" or the "Valorian"). I sometimes refer to him as the "Dream Wanderer". He's an original character of mine, belonging to the lore of my anbandoned project set in a world called Borea. In this world, he's supposed to be the lord of a small stronghold on Acre-Mont Spine which was a strategic point of passage from north to south during the Scarlet Era. Fearing that the demon hordes attacking the castle would break through during the final days of its siege (to push forward to the south of Borea and then spread to the whole peninsula), the warlords in charge of the place (the baron included) casted a terrible curse on the whole area. From then, every man dying there in combat (during the rest of the siege) would be reanimated to defend the place even in death. The price to pay to keep the rest of the continent safe was maybe the highest, but the dungeon never fell (indeed). And untill then, a strange mist also appears in the woods below the castle, to swallow everyone who would try crossing the Acre-Mont pass (under the waterfall) from North to South (never to be seen again) : though, the passage from south to north seems still clear (even if eerie voices would now try to discourage to go forward, those who dare venture through the "Whispering Woods" from South to North)...

The Baron here is shown as an expeditionary corp of dwarves found him, later after the siege. In fact, he was the only one left alive from that deadly campaign. Should he die, he would rise up again, only to travel back to the Acre-Mont Keep to defend it too, as his dead comrades still do nowadays : unless the curse is first lifted. Since then, some people have seen him wandering in the south : often near the domain of the last heir of the northern human realms in exile in Osthoriand County. Some speculate (because he's actually the last person alive who can travel the Acre-Mont pass from North to South) that he's still travelling north, in the ruins of the lost human kingdoms, in a quest to slay powerful demons. But noone really knows what he's really up to, to this day...
