Cute mother's day art. I've done one for my mom several times before. This time I just bought her a flower with a basket full of candy's, a card, and a teddy bear. It's something, but I wish I had the time to draw her a card. It would be more sentimental. Well, my mom was happy anyway. The worship team and I did a special song at church service, dedicated to all the mothers. My mom loved the song. Great art work. It's always a timeless moment that I enjoy visiting in your art world over and over again. The art of love, is a vision that we can look foward to experience in heaven , in all of it's fullness. It's something to look forward to, especially since this world that we live in doesn't have much to offer. It's the very reason why we draw what we long for. It's moments like that we wish would last forever. And it can. It really can. You just have to look for it in the right place.

So sweet a pic for Mother's Day. Um, my Japanese skunk girl Ryoko is both happy and sad at the same time. Happy that it is a great day to celebrate moms (though all should celebrate them year round), but sad because... well, she and her twin brother Kendo were orphaned when they were little kids--their parents were murdered.
