Wow, that's a mistic looking one!
The light on he cat looks realistic and the fur looks as if you took real fur and plastered it on the drawn cat (that good 
Her body looks a bit too high placed because of the too long legs, BUT it adds elegance to the cat.
The sand and mud mixture on the ground looks real so A+ here.
Water is not realistic in the front but the back-part of the stream looks good, especialy the glow it has.
The light in the top looks a bit odd, if you leave the trail from the cat's eyes to the light out of the picture its a bit better. But if you make the long white streaks much shorter it would do immense difference!
