this is a great idea........the walkway adds drama to the backdrop..with the light picking-up the metal edges and the vanishing point perspective.
I like your choice of long exposure to add mystery to the figures but I would love to see more of a focal point...perhaps with one of the figures less blurry than the others..............have you tried using a combination of low powered, fill-flash AND long exposure to create a flash/blur effect?

no, I didn't. This is just a 5 seconds natural exposure, only counting on that strong street light focus
