Example: Papa Dan's is obviously Papa John's, but it's an inside joke to Disney Dan.
Chum E. Cheese's is Chuck E. Cheese's, but it's a nod to an episode of The New Adventures of Winnie The Pooh. (Sorry, Wrong Slusher)

And Little Nero's? Little Caesars. And it's an inside joke from Home Alone.

And Domingo's? Domino's Pizza, "Sunday" in Spanish, and Placido Domingo as well.
