Hey Dude, what's with this?
I see your daily studies paid off, the lightning is beautiful and nice use of brush texture!
But the whole anatomy is wacky.
The jaw looks like when you slice on half of bread way too thin accidentaly and the spikes under his chin seem random :T
(Love his eye tho)
Drawing from imagination is hard, especially when drawing something that doesn't even exist in real life!
It helps trying to imagine how all this would work in real life. "Where does the light come from?" but also things like "Which muscle will pull which part?" "What does the skin feel like?"
I remember all those animal studies you painted. Looking at existing animals and combining some of their treats will help you create something new and believable.
Pretty sure there wa a bearded dragon study, which would be a great source for scale texture or jaw anatomy, maybe with the neck posture of a wolf and ram's horns. Or whatever inspires you.
Of course, drawing from imagination is freedom and I can't tell you what to do. Maybe it's helpful though
