An attempt at drawing a realistic Marik!I'm so at war with myself on what I think of it! I like how a lot of it came out but I'm trying to figure out if I think Marik looks good or not?! AGG IT'S HARD MAKING HIM LOOK BOTH LIKE A MAN AND STILL BE PRETTY!! >.<
Oh well I'll be doing more in the future and will get more practice from it!
I am happy with the shading, the gold, and the crazy background. Which IDK why it looks like graffiti, I suppose I just wanted to play around with brushes

Oh my, this is gorgeous. You did a very good job of making him pretty while still having him look like a man. The eyes are beautiful and the shading is also lovely. You made it all look so smooth that I just want to reach into my computer and touch his face.

In all honesty I think you did perfect with his face since Marik seems the type to have a pretty face, but I think the dangerous sort of masculinity some people see in Marik spawns from his intense, jagged and untamable hair. That hair looks too... floofy and pretty to capture the manly side of marik. BUT! that does not mean I don't really really like the picture :3 it's absolutely gorgeous- way better than anything I could so so kudos for an awesome artwork!
