sure of course! I use PSE 8. For the fur I use a brush that I'm pretty sure is meant for grass but it's under Default Brushes. It's just a curved line and I change the colors with one light and one slightly darker and then layer that as I paint. For the snowflakes I used the snowflake brush haha I have no hopes of drawing snowflakes
