Rose, watercolours on watercolour paper.This is my first proper attempt to paint from life. The painting stretched over a few days, and each day I came back and the rose I was painting looked slightly more brown than before
Sorry about the crappy scan. The paper wrinkled and of course the scanner picked that up :l
