DO you mind if this is used for foal refs? I find it so much easier to use a well done line art for coloring the pattern so you don't forget what your horse looks like and then you can draw your own image that has the personality.
Also can this be used for foal designs in Draw adopts and or prizes? Like if someone wins a show then they get a free foal design.

Of course! I do the same with my foal refs, so much easier to just have a design of them.
Draw adopts and prizes are fine, only auctions with points are restricted(and even then just ask me first, I'll probably say it's fine)

I find that sometimes its cool to get a design for a prize then just a ribbon. Its a good way for people who can't draw super awesome and are poor to provide more interesting prizes for their shows when they can't get any donations.
